Mary Crosby in ‘Dallas,’ and maybe in Dallas

Mary Crosby (she shot JR!) poses alongside a ranch fence in 2004 on the occasion of a CBS special titled Dallas Reunion: Return to Southfork. Crosby played Kristin Shepard in the popular western melodrama, which ran from 1979-91. Mary Crosby's character was the answer to the question "Who shot JR?", a famous one-season-to-the-next cliffhanger of the day. This photo may have been taken at the Southfork Ranch near Dallas, Texas, or it may have been taken at the replica built in the Los Angeles area for filming in later seasons.
