Mick vs. the Hell's Angels
It seems a storm saved Mick Jagger from being assassinated by the Hell's Angels in 1969.The Angels "were offended by Jagger's effeminate dancing," says Reuters.

That's a pretty funny reason to want to assassinate someone. It's probably not unprecedented, however.
Yeah, that's also why they shot Archduke Ferdinand.
Not the Hell's Angels, I don't mean.
