Ellen Page Biography
Actor
Ellen Page is the petite star of the 2007 comedy Juno (with Michael Cera). Raised in Nova Scotia, she began her career on the stage as a child. Canadian audiences got to know her through her television work, including Pit Pony in 1999, the television movie Mrs. Ashboro's Cat (2003) and the sci-fi series ReGenesis (2004). She won international attention for her role in the pedophilia-laced thriller Hard Candy (2006), and that performance led to a part as Kitty Pryde (Shadowcat) in X-Men: The Last Stand (2006, starring Hugh Jackman).
