When I think eyepatches in the movies, I think first of Rooster Cogburn, the crapulous lawman from True Grit. I usually think of the John Wayne version first:
Then I think of the Jeff Bridges version from the re-make of True Grit:
That’s the dirty version of an eyepatch. For the clean version, there’s Robert Wagner from Austin Powers in Goldmember:

Heck, she’s almost as sexy as Bette Davis in The Anniversary:
From the younger crowd, here’s Lucas Black from Crazy in Alabama:
He looks like he’s ready to grow up to be Tom Cruise in Valkyrie:
Speaking of scary kinds of eyepatches, here’s Dennis Hopper sporting one in Waterworld:
For cool-guy eyepatchin’ I like Kurt Russell in Escape From New York:
Finally, we have Zsa Zsa Gabor, and it’s not even from a movie. Supposedly this is how she looked when claiming in 1953 that Dominican playboy Porfirio Rubirosa gave her a black eye. There’s just something about the photo:
