Rick James goofs with Bootsy Collins

Rick James (left) looks outlandish, but nobody can be more outlandish than bassist Bootsy Collins. The two musicians posed together before the ASCAP Awards in Los Angeles on June 29, 2004. This was James's last ASCAP Awards, sadly: he was found dead in his home five weeks later, on August 6, 2004.
