Colin Powell (right) shakes hands with Dr. Henry Kissinger. The National Defense University Foundation honored Kissinger, a Nobel Peace Prize laureate (strange to say) and former U.S. Secretary of State, at its annual American Patriot Award Gala. The event was in Washington DC on December 2, 2008.
