John Denver is grooving, baby

John Denver closes his eyes and croons at the Las Vegas Hilton on May 7, 1996. At this point, John Denver was 30+ years into his successful music career; note his signature rustic Colorado touches, like the silver-studded guitar strap and turquoise bracelet. Sadly, Denver died the next year, when the small plane he was piloting crashed on October 12, 1997.
