Prince Philip is happy to have an umbrella

Prince Philip looks quite pleased to be out and about under an umbrella (do they really call them 'brollies'?) at a garden party at Buckingham Palace in London. The date was June 3, 2014. (Nice necktie!) Prince Philip was born in 1921, so he turned 93 the year this photo was taken.
