It’s a Renee Zellweger scapula parade in Berlin
Renee Zellweger shows off her movie star scapulas at the 60th Berlin International Film Festival (also known as the Berlinale). This was opening night of the 2010 festival, on February 11th in Berlin. Renee Zellweger was on the festival's international jury that year; the jury was headed by Werner Herzog.
(We just looked it up, and the actual plural for 'scapula' is 'scapulae.' However, Merriam-Webster indicates that 'scapulas' is a perfectly acceptable secondary spelling. Zellweger's left scapula is most prominent here, but her right is also clearly in evidence.)
