Susan B. Anthony faces left

Susan B. Anthony is seen here in an undated portrait, facing left. (Our left, anyway.) An early leader in the fight for women‘s rights in the United States, Anthony was born in 1820 and died in 1906. This photo was probably taken between 1880 and her death.
