Taylor Swift's decolletage is clearly but tastefully visible in this photo of her wearing a deeply-cut ivory gown on the red carpet at the 39th Annual People's Choice Awards. This was at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on January 9, 2013. Taylor Swift's feet are not visible in this image, but presumably they're under there.
