Actress Winona Ryder arrives at the Los Angeles premiere of the film The Manchurian Candidate at The Academy in Beverly Hills, California. The date was July 22, 2004. This was the 2004 remake of The Manchurian Candidate, starring Denzel Washington and Meryl Streep, not the original 1962 The Manchurian Candidate starring Frank Sinatra and the wonderfully creepy Angela Lansbury. Winona Ryder wasn't in the remake OR the original, by the way -- she was just attending the screening.
