Winston Churchill looks askance

Prime Minister Winston Churchill seems to be irritated by being asked to pose for a photo. Perhaps he is looking askance at the whole business of portrait photography. The date was March of 1943, during the middle of World War II, so perhaps we can forgive his impatience.
