Muhammad Ali in ‘The Greatest’

Boxer Muhammad Ali starred as himself in the sports film The Greatest (1977). The film, directed by Tom Gries and Monte Hellman, told the life story of heavyweight boxing champion Muhammad Ali from the 1960 Olympics through the 1970s, with Ali (however improbably) playing both his younger and older self. Ernest Borgnine (!) played trainer Angelo Dundee.
