American actor Timothée Chalamet shot to stardom with roles in two coming-of-age movies that wowed critics: Chalemet was the indifferent hipster pursued by Saoirse Ronan in Lady Bird (2017), and the young man in love with Armie Hammer in Call Me By Your Name (2018).
Television viewers remember him as the icky son of a U.S. vice president in the second season of the series Homeland (2015).
Chalamet grew up in New York and has been working as an actor since he was in high school — that’s when he was in Homeland.
His first big movie was Interstellar (2014, starring Matthew McConaughey), and his other films include One and Two (2015), Love the Coopers (2015) and, as a young version of James Franco‘s character , The Adderall Diaries (2015).
