Lorenzo Quinn was born in 1966, and he looks to be in his early 30s here, so we're going to take a wild guess and say that this photo is circa 1998. Anthony Quinn won two Academy Awards as best supporting actor: for the 1952 film Viva Zapata! and the 1956 film Lust for Life.
