Audrey Hepburn in ‘My Fair Lady’
Audrey Hepburn (as Eliza Doolittle) is seen after her gruesome transformation in the 1964 horror film My Fair Lady. Once a friendly flower merchant, she has been transmuted into a hideously costumed "society lady," with a hat too large to be supported by her slender neck. Rex Harrison (as Dr. Henry H. Frankenstein) looks on with nefarious approval. Harrison won the Oscar as best actor for his villainous performance. The film grossed $72 million at the box office, second that year only to the experimental psychedelic film Mary Poppins.
