Artist Jorge Rodriguez-Gerada paid tribute to then-President Barack Obama by creating an enormous portrait of the Obama in sand and gravel. One can easily see that the portrait is Barack Obama -- nice resemblance! -- but alas, our photo providers at WENN didn't identify the city or the year where this took place. (Based on the artist's name, and the ocean visible in this photo, we're just going to randomly guess 2010 and Panama City, Panama.)
