Brooke Burns goes to see ‘Shallow Hal’

Brooke Burns smiles for photographers before the premiere of the romantic (sort of) comedy Shallow Hal. This was at the Mann Village theater in Westwood, California, on November 1, 2001. Burns had a small role in the film as Katrina, "a woman who initially appeared beautiful... but is now very physically unattractive." The film, starring Jack Black and Gwyneth Paltrow, was an awkward comedy about a shlubby guy who ignores physically unattractive women until he is magically convinced to see their inner beauty instead.
