We *think* this can be called a miniskirt, even though it's technically a dress? In any case, Caprice Bourret is wearing it as she arrives at a "surprise" birthday party for Simon Cowell, which was somehow hosted in London by his ex-girlfriend, Jackie St. Claire, on July 25, 2009. Reports from the era said that 17 of Cowell's ex-girlfriends would join celebrity friends at this "surprise" party, even though Cowell's actual 50th birthday wasn't until October 7th of 2009. Well, none of it makes any sense. Love the dress and the classy gold clutch, though!
