Caprice Bourret wears high-heeled sandals and a miniskirt (or minidress) as she arrives at... well, we're not going to try to explain this whole crazy party all over again. In brief, it was a "surprise" 50th birthday party for Simon Cowell, held on July 25th of 2009 even though his birthday wasn't until October 7th. Let's not even get into the alleged 17 ex-girlfriends attending. It's all too much.
