Actress Catherine Deneuve smokes a cigarette in the 1967 film The Young Girls of Rochefort (French title Les Demoiselles de Rochefort). Francoise Dorleac, Deneuve's real-life sister, is the redhead at left. Catherine Deneuve was born in 1943, so she turned 24 the year the film was released. It's unclear when she began smoking.
