Charles Darwin and his amazing eyebrows

A portrait of Charles Darwin, taken in 1854 by photographers Henry Maull and John Fox. Charles Darwin was born in 1809, so he and his fabulous eyebrows turned 45 the year this photo was taken. His landmark book On the Origin of Species was published five years later, in 1859.
