Devon Werkheiser needs a haircut

Look, we are 100% Team Devon, but there's no denying that Devon Werkheiser needs a haircut. The Justin Bieber-style mop has turned into something more like "Flapper-era Dorothy Parker removing her cloche hat after frantically dancing the Charleston." We're not saying a full overhaul, mind you, but definitely an aggressive trim is in order. Werkheiser was attending the DVD release party for the film Alvin and the Chipmunks at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles,California on March 27, 2008. Devon Werkheiser was born in 1991, so he turned 17 that year. He wasn't in the Chipmunks film, but he had just finished starring in the Nickelodeon TV series Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, which ran from 2004-2007.
