Diane Lane smooches Richard Gere in ‘Unfaithful’

Diane Lane (left, as Connie) and Richard Gere (as Edward) prepare to kiss in the 2002 feature film Unfaithful. At least, we *assume* they are about to smooch. If not, why are they sitting that way? Unfaithful is a nutty "erotic thriller" that asks us to accept the notion that Diane Lane and Richard Gere, two of Hollywoods handsomest people, are trapped in a lackluster marriage. Things don't seem so lackluster here.
