To be fair, 2008 was just a year after Justin Bieber started making his early YouTube videos, so it's not clear that the Sprouse twins were emulating Justin Bieber or his haircut here. They were maybe just being moppets on their own. Perhaps it was Justin Bieber who had a Dylan and Cole Sprouse haircut.
