Ezra Pound

A  portrait of the poet Ezra Pound, taken in 1913 in London by Alvin Landgon Coburn. Pound, born in 1885, turned 28 that year. He had published Ripostes, a successful collection of 25 poems, the year before.

This photo was later published in Coburn's 1922 book More Men of Mark.
