Tevik Arif reaches across Ivanka Trump’s thigh

We're not sure *what* is happening here. But clearly Tevik Arif, the founder and chairman of Bayrock Group, feels the need to reach across the thigh and wrist of Ivanka Trump. Perhaps he is feeling the fabric of Donald Trump's suit. Perhaps it's just a coincidence that Ivanka Trump is seated between them. Perhaps he would have done the same if it was, say, Donald Trump, Jr. was sitting there instead. Who knows? This all took place at the launch of the Trump SoHo Hotel Condominium New York in New York City on August 19, 2007. Tevik Arif was born in 1953, so he turned 54 the year this photo was taken. Ivanka Trump was born in 1981, so she turned 26 the same year.
