Ja Rule is number one!

The hip-hop musician known as Ja Rule raises his left index finger during a photo session with the photographer George Chin. The shoot was in London, England, on July 3, 2002. Ja Rule was born Jeffrey Bruce Atkins in 1976, so he turned 26 the year this photo was taken. His T-shirt reads "ZOOBEAR... The long-awaited debut album... Featuring the title track 'Owe a Bill.'"
