Legendary actor John Wayne smokes a cigar while wearing what appears to be a tuxedo, at what appears to be a celebrity event of some kind. John Wayne was born in 1907, and died of stomach cancer in 1979. A heavy smoker for much of his early career, Wayne had his entire left lung removed in 1964 after being diagnosed with lung cancer.
