Gemini 10 crew members John Young (left) and Michael Collins talk aboard the USS Guadalcanal after their Gemini 10 mission ended successfully with a splashdown on July 21, 1966. The two were plucked from the ocean by a helicopter and flown to the ship to begin postflight medical tests and debriefings.
