JoJo jumps the gun on summer

JoJo is jumping the gun with a summer dress here -- it's only May 29th, after all -- but we salute her for it. Who can wait for summer? She wore this dress at the 10th Anniversary Inspiration Awards Gala on May 29, 2008. (That year the event had the mysterious subtitle of, "Step Up Women's Network Honors Kelly Rutherford.") This was at the IAC Building in New York City. JoJo was born JoJo Levesque in December of 1990, so she was 17 when this photo was taken.
