Leather pants, high heels, fuschia straps, metal studs, and two different Hello Kitty icons are all part of Katy Perry's ensemble as she arrives at the 2009 BRIT Awards. (It's possible that those pants aren't leather but rather... Spandex?) This was at Earls Court in London on February 18, 2009. Katy Perry was born in 1984, so she turned 25 the year this photo was taken.
