Kim Basinger in ‘9 1/2 Weeks’

Kim Basinger (right, in red lipstick and nail polish) smooches the brow of Mickey Rourke in the 1986 film 9 1/2 Weeks. The film, directed by Adrian Lyne, followed the slightly kinky romance of two handsome people in the go-go financial era of the 1980s. The title was written with numbers, rather than spelled out as Nine and A Half Weeks (or the less-plausible Nine and One-Half Weeks).
