Lady Jane Grey: the Streatham Portrait

This portrait of Lady Jane Grey, the "nine-days queen" of England, is known as the Streatham portrait because it was owned by an art dealer in the Streatham district of London before it was purchased by the National Portrait Gallery in 2006. The portrait was believed to have been painted in the 1590s, decades after Grey's death.
