Mary Elizabeth Winstead looks great in a somewhat retro flapper-style outfit at the Scream Awards of 2006. This was at the Pantages Theater in Los Angeles, California on October 7, 2006. Wikipedia says that Winstead was known as a "scream queen" at the time, having starred in the horror series Wolf Lake and the supernatural horror film Final Destination 3.
