Prince Rainier III

Mayor Robert Vial (left) and Prince Albert of Monaco, honorary citizen of the town of Beausoleil, inaugurate Avenue Prince of Monaco Rainier III. Rainier died in 2005; Albert, his son, succeeded him as the head of Monaco later that year.
