Here it is: visual proof that Princess Stephanie of Monaco (right) can, in fact, enjoy the annual Festival International du Cirque. And why shouldn't she? Stephanie has, after all, been president of the festival since 2006. This winning smile happened at the 34th annual edition of the event in Monte Carlo, Monaco, on January 19, 2010.
