Actress Shannon Tweed was hit with a lawsuit in 2007 by photographer Dimitri Halkidis, who alleged that Tweed had used photos that he had taken (presumably like this one) without his permission in her book Kiss & Tell. The book name was a pun: Shannon Tweed married rocker Gene Simmons of the band KISS in 2011.
