Stella Maxwell walks the runway in this undated PR photo from Victoria's Secret, while someone who looks very much like Taylor Swift sings on the runway. (For many years, the "angels" were a running theme for Victoria's Secret, which dressed its models in lingerie and simulated angels' wings.) Taylor Swift performed at the annual televised Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in 2013 and 2014, so this may well be from one of those years. TheThings.com reported that at the 2014 show, Swift wore "a light pink nightgown while performing on the runway." That seems to match this image here.
