Our photo supplier did not offer a date or location, but Shakur was only 25 when he was shot and killed in 1996, so we're going to guess that this photo was taken sometime after 1991, when his solo career began. Among his tattoos seen here are THUG LIFE, partly seen tattooed across his abdomen, and on his right bicep a skull and crossbones with the headline HEARTLESS and the subhead "My only fear of death is coming back reincarnated." The word NOTORIOUS is spelled down his right forearm, starting at the elbow, in olde-timey script.
