Next to him is his step-sister Sekywa, who was roughly two years younger than Tupac; she was the daughter of Tupac's mother, Afeni, and his stepfather, Mutulu Shakur. Tupac Shakur was born in 1971, so this photo was probably taken in the early 1980s.
