Viggo Mortensen is not in ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’

Viggo Mortensen may *look* like he's getting ready to play Johnny Depp's long-lost twin brother in a new Pirates of the Caribbean movie, but in fact he is getting ready to work on the Spanish film Alatriste. Mortensen had the lead role of Captain Alatriste, a swashbuckling-type soldier in the service of King Philip IV of Spain. This photo was taken in Tarifa, Spain on April 21, 2005.
