At the moment, she was giving a press conference in her dressing room about her romance with international playboy Porfirio Rubirosa. 3 Ring Circus was one of a string of comedies starring Jerry Lewis and Dean Martin. The photo is undated, but the film was released in December of 1954, so it's a good bet this shot was taken earlier in 1954. Zsa Zsa Gabor turned 37 that year.
