Chelsea Clinton has been at the top of our popularity list all day, apparently because she flashed her engagement ring on Broadway last night.

Chelsea Clinton’s on crutches because she broke her heel earlier this month. She’s expected to be off crutches in time for her wedding to Mark Mezvinsky, allegedly this summer and allegedly on Martha’s Vineyard.
