Mark David Chapman, the man who killed ex-Beatle John Lennon in 1980, was denied parole for the sixth time yesterday. He’ll be up for parole again in 2012.
Chapman is 55 and has been in prison (Attica!) for 29 years, so he’s past the more-than-half-his-life mark now. “He has his own prison cell but spends most of his day outside the cell
working on housekeeping and in the library,” says CNN.
