Paul Hehn reviews the new James Cameron film Avatar:
It’s Ferngully meets Pocahontas, story-wise. Visually it’s terrific and I’m very glad I saw it on the big screen.
You could say it’s a grand feast of a movie, or you could say it was too long. It didn’t *feel* too long, but you can see where there are parts that are unnecessary.
