Simon Cowell was caught topless “by accident” while changing yachts in Nice, France yesterday. His chest was in marvelous shape. As described by our friends at WENN:

Well, he’s looking fit, so we can’t really slam him for showing it off, weird as the whole thing is. (Who changes yachts in August? So gauche.) We’re kind of digging his white pants, too.
